Acquired Taste
On the things we learn to love — and the things we return to.

There are things I love now that I wouldn’t have touched as a child.
Eggs. Fish. Spinach. Anything bitter.
Taste changes. Thankfully.
With music, it has been different. I’ve always listened across genres. What changes is what I reach for. Something moves to the foreground, something else quietly waits in the back — and years later, I find myself returning to it.
The same happens with clothes, colours, places, perhaps even people.
Some things we love immediately. Others take time. And some were always there; we simply hear or see them differently now.
Taste isn’t fixed. It moves with us.
Rooted in Depth. Radiating Light.
